A Great Packaging Solution for process applications where speed, flexibility, consistancy and versatility are of concern. The Delta Mod-Tech® Reciprocating Heat Seal Packager is a very efficient packaging solution. The seal bed module is used to seal or fuse products together using heated plates and pressurized clamping. The seal bed uses servomotors to provide horizontal motion and vertical clamping that is timed to match the web speed. Seal plates can be easily removed and replaced for changes in product setup.
