Laminate tube sleeve production:

Aisa laminate sleeve production technology are ideally suited to run in line with separate heading machine producing ABL and PBL tubes with overlap or Decoseam™ side seam welding

Saesa® technology for the production of laminate tube packaging:

Saesa machines are assembling off line moulded shoulders and caps with printed laminate sleeves fed from reel with the following benefits

• Scalability from 100 to 500 tubes / min

• Fewer transfers result in faster change over

• Flexibility, Ø range 12.7 to 63.5mm

• Off line moulding using continuous compression or injection moulding

• Requires less floor space for a given output
