BOSSAR PACKAGING S.A. manufactures a wide range of pouching solutions. Its Horizontal Form-, Fill- and Seal Packaging machines are capable of filling volumes from 0,5 c.c. up to 15 l. of all kinds of solid, powder, liquid, granulate and pasty products. Bossar's versatile machine range covers all customers' demands, from economic, modular solutions to high performance dedicated
equipment. From flat sachets to stand-up pouches with contoured forms and a wide variety of accessories as spouts, zipper, etc..

BOSSAR PACKAGING, S.A. HFFS Machine Program is composed of:

  • BMK Modular Range: Their modules can be combined according to the
    final product, getting the best result with the most appropriate machine
    version and the most competitive configuration.
  • B Small Format Range: This range allows the packaging of small product
    doses or wet wipes in flat pouches with 3 or 4 seals in individual, twin or
    string production.
  • GMB Large Format Range: Machines for large formats, equipped with
    Bossar's patented carrousel system, capable of forming and filling bags up
    to 15 liters capacity.
  • QUATTRO High Speed Range: High speed machines producing up to 360
    pouches per minute.
  • BR Retort Solutions: Two options are available for pouches to be sterilized
    in a autoclave:
    o BMK Modular Range with retort execution (BR), for retort pouches
    produced from the flat reel.
    o PMP range: to fill and seal pre-made retort pouches.
    Standard pre-made pouch filling also available.
