Vertical form-fill-seal machines (FFS) for stick-packs – mod. MULTITUBE

The MULTITUBE packaging machine is a vertical packaging machine with alternating movement that forms, fills and seals small bags sealed on 3 sides (two horizontal and one vertical seal). These bags can have two different shapes:

a tubular shape, called "stick-pack";or a pyramidal shape, called "tetrahedrons".

The machine is ideal for packaging different products: powders, granular products, liquids, gels, creams, ... In base of the product to be packed, the machine is equiped with the appropriate dosing unit or combination of dosing units.

Depending on the width of the stick-pack bag, the machine can be produced with output lanes ranging from 2 to 20 lines.

The machine is equiped with PLC and control display to constantly monitor functions and parameters during the machine work, diagnostics of alarms and any anomalies, which may occur.

The machine body is made of anodized aluminum and stainless steel. The parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel. The sealing zone is cantilever with respect to the machine body, the movement is internal and separate from the sealing assembly. Easy cleaning, high versatility in format changes and full respect of the concept of friendly operation (which facilitates working with and on the machine) make the machine excellent for packaging. The action of the machine is completely controlled by Brushless servomotors which provide high – precision of dosing, accurate sealing and optimal tolerance of the length and centering of the stick-pack.

Vertical form-fill-seal machines (FFS)– mod. UPA RAPID

UPA RAPID is a vertical automatic packaging machine ideal for packaging into classical "pillow" bags, self-standing bags, self standing bags with 4 edges,... formed from a flat reel of heat-sellable film. Is ideal for packaging different kind of products like powders, granular products, liquids, single pieces,.. Depending of the product to be packed the machine is equipped with suitable dosing unit (auger dosing unit, volumetric dosing unit, liquid dosing unit, linear scales, multi-head weighers or combination of dosing units).

The machine works gradually, using a "form – fill – seal" system. The forming collar tube fits to the width of the film and can be chosen by the costumer according to the desired bag size. The length of the bag is determinate by photoelectric cell or by encoder.

The machine body is made of anodized aluminum and stainless steel. The parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel. The body design allows a total isolation of mechanical and electrical components from the external environment to allow easy cleaning operation. All the machine functions are controlled by PLC and interfaced by colour touch screen.

For satisfying market needs the machine can be equiped with different accessories: marking or printing system, dynamic control weigher, pneumatic trolley for lift new reel, out-put conveyors, elevator, system for ethernet connection, photoelectric cell for centering the printing, labelling system, complete automatic lines.
