AUTOMATIC CARTON FILLER "PICK & PLACE" MOD. IP120/2/D

G&A has introduced a new Carton Filler – "Pick & Place" type – to further automate the production cycle of slit rolls.
This machine can work in line with the fastest Slitter-Rewinders.

IP120/2/D is a simple and versatile machine suitable to pack:

- small diameter rolls with or without label
- large diameter rolls with a silicon sheet between each layer
- roll packages in TOWER or ACCORDION configurations
- roll packages in FLAT configuration

The time needed for the machine set-up is quite short thanks to its innovative design, which allows a production change-over in less than 5 minutes.

MAIN FEATURES:

· Manipulator with three Cartesian axis and two pick-up arms
· Boxes magazine with a capacity of over 100 boxes
· Dimensions of the rolls that can be packed:
- height: from 9 to 300 mm.
- inside diameter: 3" (other diameters upon request)
- outside diameter: from 85 to 450 mm.
· Box dimensions:
- min. = 150 x 210 x 150 mm.
- max. = 450 x 450 x 300 mm.

· OUTPUT CAPACITY: 37 CYCLES PER MINUTE
