Connection of Flecoadapter to Big Bag

The direct connection of a FLECOZIP® adapter to a tubular film nozzle is a highly attractive special application of the FLECOTRIC technology.

For example, a typical field of application is for big bag discharging units where full big bags can be discharged in a contamination-free way, and can be equipped with FLECOZIP® adapters.

For this, the FLECOTRIC adapter is pre-tailored as a standard (see illustration 1). In the case of a direct connection to a tubular film nozzle, this nozzle is also put over the inner ring of the FLECOTRIC adapter (ill. 2) before the outer ring, then it is put over the inner ring and fixed (ill. 3).

A solid tubular film connection is created through this. However, only the films themselves are in product contact, similar to the conventional FLECOTRIC fastener.

After the charging process is completed, the outlet connection can be crimped directly below the FLECOTRIC and thus hermetically sealed. Through this, a safe removal of the outer ring of the FLECOTRIC is possible. This is now available for further charging processes.

The installation of a FLECOZIP® adapter to any tubular film nozzle now offers a unique and extremely cost-efficient solution to the user to equip delivered and already full bags with the FLECOZIP® fastener and thus to realize a contamination-free filling.
