ACG Associated Capsules Pvt Ltd (ACPL) is amongst the world's largest hard capsule producers with three factories located in and around Mumbai, the business capital of India. All capsule plants are ISO-certified and have DMF registration. Associated Capsules are the only manufacturing units to have been inspected by the US FDA. ACPL also has Naturecaps, a specialty line of HPMC (cellulose) capsules, and Flofit, hard capsules for filling liquids.

ACG has acquired a capsule company in Croatia, Lukaps. This is a strategic acquisition with a view to bring world class solutions to the Croatian pharma industry and the pharmaceutical industry in Europe and Russia. In the past few months, the ACG team has strived to upgrade the Lukaps facility to ACG's uncompromising world standards so that the products that are supplied from ACG Lukaps live up to the ACG reputation of quality and service. The new renovated factory of ACG Lukaps was inauguration on 11th November, 2009 by His Excellency, the President of Croatia.

Lukaps is the first Indian investment in India and has made news in the Indian pharmaceutical community. This venture is bound to generate interest in the Indian business community to consider their own investments in Croatia, a move that will help the Croatian economy and the Indo Croatia relationship at large.

Our granulation and coating systems come to you from our German Joint Venture company Pam Glatt whereas the encapsulation machinery, tablet compression systems, tablet tooling and online analytical & inspection systems are technologically advanced offerings from ACG Pam.

ACG Pam, the flagship engineering company of ACG Worldwide offers solutions in solid dosage systems, from high-speed capsule filling machines, the Legend series, with outputs of up to 200,000 capsules per hour, to unique capsule fillers capable of filling powders, pellets, tablets and liquids in hard gelatin capsules. Pam has recently introduced a high tech tablet compression system, the Legacy 6100 and the double rotary tablet press, Destiny 8100. Pam has an installation base of over 20,000 in over a 100 countries.

Our packaging solutions include high barrier packaging films, blister-packing machines, cartoning machines, vision systems, candy-wrapping machines, pouch-packing systems, unit dose packaging equipment and end-of-line case packers & palletizes.

ACG Pharmapack caters to the market needs of PVdC duplex and triplex packaging films. It has partnered with world leaders like Honeywell of the US to bring Aclar transparent barrier films to customers in India.

Blister packing and cartoning systems are offered by the ACG Pampac division of ACG Worldwide and the Vision Systems, candy-wrapping machines, pouch-packing systems, unit dose packaging equipment and end-of-line case packers & palletizes are manufactured and marketed by ACG Pam.

ACG Inspection, a division of ACG Worldwide supplements the packaging lines with online camera inspection systems for blister, carton and label inspections.

The group companies under the ACG Worldwide umbrella have specific products for use in formulation research and development. The deliverables of ACG to the R&D fraternity are presented as ACG R&D Solutions. The advantage that ACG offers is that all the R&D products offered have the scaled up commercial models. ACG can thus, support product development and then assist in scale up to commercial batches.
