VT160 Line is a Vertical Thermoforming-Filling Machine for the production of thermoformed Unidose containers in plastic laminated, plastic and aluminium materials or specials papers.

VT160 is a Line studied for the packaging of Unit-dose containers for the pharmaceutical field, cosmetic field, but also for the chemical and food products unit-dose.
The products that is possible to fill are liquids, gel, creams, semi-dense and dense products, powders products.

It's mean characteristic is to be an horizontal developing Machine, but with embossed working stations compared to it's own structure, this allow an optimal accessibility to the operator to do the changes of format and an easy and effective cleaning machine.

The Line has also a variable progress step from 145 to 175 mm: this allow the adapting of the mould to the Unidose format chosen with the minimum material reject and a maximum output.

Is possible to equip the Line with a single film developing device to obtain stand-up containers with flat-base or with one two film developing device for peeling containers, containers gifted by a osmotic membrane and with two different products in the same format.
Both the developing devices are equipped by a system that allow to avoid the machine stop during the phase of the substitution of the reel.

All the principal movements of the VT160 Line are obtained with Brushless motors commanded in electric cam from PLC Siemens, that allow to adapt the cycle of the machine to the specifics needs of the product, and it also reduce the times of changing format.

With the Vertical Thermoforming-Filling Machine VT160 is possible to produce Unit-dose containers with capacity from 0.2 to 400 ml.

- UTIF authorization for methylated spirit.
