About us

Valmatic operates from 20 years in the field of Automatic Thermoforming-Filling Machines for the production of Unidose containers in plastic laminated with capacity from 0.5 to 350 ml.
The cooperation with the customers and the continual research have already permitted in the year 1995 to make the “Neutralia” container for the French firm “Garnier” , with revolutionary characteristics: flat-plate (stand up), obtained using 1 folded film, centred print on both sizes of container and inserting of 2 centred labels on sizes.
Others types of containers are followed, with always superior technical improvements, thank to continual study and research of news materials and in particular:
- Unidose container to filling powders;
- Unidose filled with 2 different products that only at the moment of use, pressing on the container, is possible to mix;
- Container for food field as dispenser for grated cheese;
- Container for the sterilisation with gamma rays and at steam;
- Container with metallized effect, golden, silver for cosmetic field.
Our strength is the continual cooperation with our customers to realize Unidoses with innovative packaging.
The application fields are: pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic and food.
We have in-house internal departments for Unidose packaging for third parties in controlled atmosphere cabins and we offer a full service starting from graphic study up the assembly and final packing of filled container packaged in carton box or other.
Valmatic Srl, in all its production phases, follow a strict and precise written Procedure that follow the production, the Quality Control, the sampling and the documents that are released to the clients.
Moreover Valmatic Srl make a Micro-biologic Control on the products, in collaboration with an external Laboratory certified on the basis of the request of the Capitulate supplied from the customers.
