PET-LINE is a state-of-the-art production system for PET preforms and epitomizes the greatest possible operational efficiency and proficient production. Since its market launch, Netstal has continuously developed all of the system components and, as such, has constantly optimised the high technical standard.

Basis for the PET-LINE systems is a clearly-defined platform strategy. Consequently, the customer is able to configure each system to the desired capacity. The three clamping forces of 2000 kN, 3500 kN and 6000 kN allow the combination of various mould and cavity sizes. A major customer benefit: minimal production costs with maximum output.

EVOS

Innovative technology = improved results

EVOS is an evolution of the SynErgy and consequently has all the typical characteristics of a Netstal machine: speed, precision, reliability, user-friendliness and, above all, cost-efficiency. Primarily developed for complex universal applications, the main priority was manufacturing process productivity: the more efficient the procedures, the more profitable the process.

In addition, the new Netstal generation is characterised by a whole range of innovative technological ideas that make high-performance injection moulding more efficient than ever before. The principal modules – the clamping unit, injection unit, drive, protective cover and control system – are all coordinated and geared towards efficient production.

600 – 8000 kN

The universal hydraulic solution for 600 – 8000 kN

Whether for fast-cycling and thin-walled or highly complex and technically demanding mouldings, the SynErgy machines with their typical Netstal characteristics easily master all tasks. The SynErgy series is designed as a single unit on one machine bed for clamping forces up to 4200 kN and as two units above 5000 kN. Netstal offers SynErgy machines with various combinations of different injection units.
