About us

Alimec has a consolidated experience in the design and production of complete systems for the metering and topping/filling of food products. For over twenty years, the company has concentrated its technology in two sectors: pizzeria and confectionery.
The pizza sector comprises lines for topping and decorating whole pizzas, pizza slices and “calzoni” (folded-over pizzas) with tomato, cheese, mushrooms, sliced ham and salami and many other ingredients. The technical solution to the delicate operation of continuous slicing and positioning has led to the development of a range of slicing machines which also have many applications outside the pizza sector.

Alimec is equally competitive in the confectionery industry, with volumetric metering systems for plum cakes, muffins, puffs, éclairs and vertical and horizontal fillers for metering jam, cream and chocolate.
