The labeling system SKYTECH 20 "two sides" is one of our best in-line system for front & back application on products with a rectangular, square elliptical or circular base ( both cylindrical and conical ). We have always based our philosophy on the open frame structure with no panels bases to make the most of every centimetre of available space, for inspections, cleaning, washing and hassle-free operation and maintenance. The use of ARCA Clip for securing components to the structure guarantees an absolute solidity and stability of the devices and allows a fast and easy intervention ( no holes, no drills no welding are required ). SKYTECH model is available with more complex configurations than this and also in Combi or No-Stop versions, if required. In fact the open frame structure, made of shot-blasted AISI304, is expandable for applying from 1 to 4 labelling heads ( Labellers or Print Apply) and all the necessary products handling devices, sensors and identification systems. The raised electrical switch board - ergonomically positioned - presents a double control panel for enhanced operation on both sides of the line. The structure can be equipped even with an Industrial Pc supported by a graphical interface and a cabin encased accident-protection system to meet the highest quality requirements of the market.
